A few months ago, I had the great pleasure of premiering a new composition of mine in the beautiful concert hall of Mortsel (Belgium), once again, with the wonderful Amato Ensemble. The program featured works by contemporary Argentine composers like María Suárez, Maximiliano Luna, Fernando Lerman, and others.
My piece, Diptych Visions: Introspection – Extrospection, was written for guitar and string quartet, especially for the Amato Ensemble. It’s a work in two parts that invites a moment of reflection: one looking inward, the other outward.
