«Aún te espero» Selected by the Argentine Association of Composers

I’m very happy to share some good news! My piano piece Aún te espero, dedicated to my dear teacher Guillermo Zalcman, has been selected for inclusion in a new publication by the Argentine Association of Composers (AAC), recently presented at MICA 2026 in Buenos Aires.

The publication is part of a project aimed at recovering, preserving, and promoting Argentina’s musical heritage through the editing and digitization of works by Argentine composers. This first volume focuses on piano music, with future editions planned for chamber and orchestral repertoire.

On a personal note, this news means a great deal to me, as the piece is dedicated to Guillermo, one of my most influential composition teachers, whose guidance left a lasting mark on my musical development. I love the thought that this little piece might find new performers and, in some way, help keep his memory alive.

My thanks to the AAC for including my music in this initiative and, above all, for their work in preserving and sharing our musical heritage.

You can read more about the project in the official announcement from Argentina’s Secretariat of Culture.
